How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are packed & shipped within 3 days (excluding Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Once in transit, they take up to 5 business days to arrive within the continental US, and typically within 30 days for international orders.

What shipping services do you offer?

All US orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. For orders outside of the US, they will be passed to your local delivery service once they reach your country.
If you need a different or expedited shipping service, please contact me before placing your order.

I’ve just placed my order;
can I add/remove items?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. If you wish to place an additional order and for them to be packed & shipped together, please contact me via email as soon as possible and I can refund the extra shipping cost.

can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me ideally within 24 hours of having placed the order. After 24 hours, there is a likelihood that I can fix the address but I cannot guarantee that I’ll see it in time. After 3 days from placing the order, and of course if you’ve already received the shipping confirmation email, you will have to contact the postal service directly to intercept the package to the correct address.

My order hasn’t arrived/has been lost in transit; what can be done?

If your order goes missing, please get in contact with your local post office location that it was delivered from, USPS/your country’s postal customer service, etc. Once an order leaves my hands, I am unable to help track it down.
If the order is placed for delivery within the US and a full month (30 days) passes after when it was expected to arrive, orders of $30 or more (before shipping) can be replaced.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Certain damages might be unavoidable, especially on large prints; these types of damages include foxing on the edges and corners and slight bends. If the item arrives unusably damaged (i.e. prints fully creased, larger items dented or with parts broken, etc.), orders delivered within the US will be replaced.
Please contact me (email preferred, Instagram DMs may be hidden and responses delayed) with photos of the damage and the name on the order.

Do you allow returns/exchanges?

All sales are final.
